Terms of Service

These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Longtake. By accessing or using Longtake, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the practices described in our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You may use Longtake only if you can enter into a binding agreement and meet the minimum age required by the laws that apply to you. If you use Longtake for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.

Longtake is an AI video creation workspace. Available features may include text prompts, reusable image, video, and audio materials, model-specific generation controls, generation history, previews, downloads, and credit-based purchasing. Features, limits, supported formats, output quality, and model availability can vary by model, configuration, account, location, and service capacity.

Model descriptions, estimated generation time, resolution, duration, pricing, and other interface information describe the configuration available at that moment. They do not guarantee that every request will complete or produce a particular creative result.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in method and devices secure.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account and its workspaces unless applicable law provides otherwise.
• You must not share access in a way that defeats account, workspace, payment, or usage controls.
• Contact us promptly at anyfastmaas@gmail.comif you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Longtake may require you to sign in again, verify account information, or complete additional checks when reasonably necessary to protect an account, a payment, other users, or the service.

User Content includes prompts, images, video, audio, filenames, instructions, and other material you upload or submit. Output means content generated through the service from your request.

You retain the rights you have in User Content. You grant Longtake a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, transmit, format, modify, and process User Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and provide the service, including sending it to the AI model and infrastructure providers needed to complete your request.

You represent that you have all rights, permissions, and lawful bases needed to submit User Content and direct its processing. This includes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, voice, likeness, and other rights of people or property depicted in your materials.

Removing a material from Reference removes it from that browser draft. It may not delete a file that has already been uploaded, inspected, used in a generation, or retained in generation history.

Longtake provides access to models operated by third parties. Prompts, selected materials, and generation settings may be processed by the provider of the model you choose. Provider-specific terms, policies, and technical restrictions may apply in addition to these Terms.

AI output is probabilistic. It may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, offensive, similar to content generated for others, or unsuitable for your intended use. Longtake does not promise that Output is unique, factually correct, eligible for intellectual property protection, or free of third-party rights. You must review Output and obtain any necessary permissions before publishing, distributing, or using it commercially.

As between you and Longtake, and to the extent permitted by applicable law and any provider-specific terms, Longtake does not claim ownership of your Output.

Seedance asset compliance

When you use a Seedance model, you represent that you own or have obtained sufficient authorization for every asset you upload or submit, including images, video, audio, text, character likenesses, virtual avatars, voice recordings, and brand elements. You must not infringe any third party's portrait, reputation, intellectual property, or other lawful rights. If an asset includes a real person, including a public figure, you represent that you have obtained any written authorization required for that person's likeness, voice, and other relevant rights.

You must not submit Seedance assets that violate applicable laws or regulations, public order, good customs, or platform policies, including prohibited violent, obscene, discriminatory, fraudulent, or misleading content.

Seedance-generated results are inherently unpredictable. To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for claims, disputes, and losses arising from your assets or your use, distribution, and commercial application of those results. Longtake and its providers may conduct automated compliance reviews and may block, delete, or restrict non-compliant assets or their use without prior notice where permitted by law.

You must not use Longtake to:

• break the law or facilitate unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive conduct;
• infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, contractual, or other rights;
• create or distribute child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate content, sexual exploitation, or content that endangers a child;
• impersonate a person deceptively, misrepresent synthetic media as authentic where disclosure is required, or misuse another person's face, voice, or identity;
• threaten, harass, exploit, or incite violence or discrimination against a person or group;
• introduce malware, probe or disrupt systems, bypass safeguards, evade usage limits, or access another user's data without authorization;
• automate access, scrape, resell, sublicense, or commercially expose the service except through functionality or written permission Longtake expressly provides; or
• use Output as a substitute for qualified professional advice or for a high-impact decision without appropriate human review.

Materials may be checked for technical compatibility and provider eligibility. Longtake may block a request or limit access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, provider rules, or applicable law.

Longtake may require Credits for generation or other paid features. The workspace displays an estimated or quoted Credit cost before a generation is submitted. The confirmed server-side quote, generation record, payment order, and Credit ledger control if an interface estimate differs from the final transaction.

• Credits are a limited license to use eligible Longtake features. They are not money, do not earn interest, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash except where required by law.
• Credit packages, prices, taxes, fees, expiration information, and any promotional conditions are those shown when you purchase or use them.
• Payments are completed through Stripe-hosted checkout. Stripe's terms and privacy practices also apply to information you provide on its checkout page.
• A pending or delayed generation or payment is not necessarily a failed transaction. Review the status shown in Longtake before submitting a duplicate request.

Refunds, reversals, and Credit adjustments are handled according to the transaction status shown by Longtake, any terms presented at purchase, and applicable law. Contact anyfastmaas@gmail.comwith the account and order information needed to investigate a billing issue, but do not send full payment card details by email.

Longtake and its model, storage, authentication, and payment providers may experience delays, capacity limits, maintenance, or outages. We may add, change, restrict, suspend, or discontinue features, models, limits, or pricing. When reasonably practicable, material changes that adversely affect paid use will be communicated through the service or another appropriate channel.

Preview links, temporary upload credentials, browser drafts, and model availability are not permanent storage guarantees. Keep independent copies of materials and Output that you need.

You may stop using Longtake at any time. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created a security or legal risk, failed to pay an amount due, or if continued service is no longer reasonably possible.

After access ends, you may lose access to User Content, Output, history, and Credits, subject to applicable law and any purchase terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain effective, including provisions about rights, payment obligations, disclaimers, and liability.

Longtake and its licensors retain all rights in the service, including its software, interface, design, branding, documentation, and underlying technology. These Terms do not grant you a right to use Longtake names, logos, or trademarks.

If you voluntarily provide feedback, you allow Longtake to use it without restriction or compensation, provided that this does not transfer ownership of your User Content.

Longtake relies on third-party authentication, cloud storage, AI models, analytics, and payment services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and may change independently. Longtake is not responsible for third-party websites or services that it does not control, subject to responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Longtake is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Longtake disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or loss-free operation or any specific result from an AI model.

Nothing in these Terms limits warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited or waived.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Longtake will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from the service, third-party providers, or AI Output. These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the service, law, or risk. The revised Terms will be posted here with a new date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice when required by law. Your use of Longtake after updated Terms take effect means you accept them.

These Terms are governed by applicable law without reducing mandatory protections available to you. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue. A court or tribunal with jurisdiction under applicable law will handle any unresolved dispute.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and any purchase-specific terms presented to you form the agreement for your use of Longtake.
